Terms of Service

Last updated · 7 August 2026

Placeholders marked in square brackets must be completed before launch. These terms have not been reviewed by counsel, and the legal entity and governing law below are not yet filled in.

These terms govern your use of the eWellbore website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1 · What this site is

This website describes eWellbore and its approach to measuring well integrity. It is marketing and informational material. It is not an offer, a quotation, a warranty of performance, or a technical specification, and nothing on it forms part of any contract unless it is written into a signed agreement.

2 · The casing diagram and the Integrity Safety Factor — important

The interactive casing cross-section on the home page is an illustration built for explanation, not an engineering calculation. The figure it displays responds only to the two stress values you set with the on-screen controls. It does not account for pipe grade, wall thickness, outside diameter, connection type, cement condition, temperature, internal pressure or annulus pressure, and its coefficients and thresholds were chosen to communicate an idea rather than derived from mechanics.

The deformation shown is deliberately exaggerated so it is visible on screen and does not represent the magnitude of ovalisation a real string would experience.

Nothing on this website may be relied upon for well design, casing selection, integrity assessment, intervention planning, abandonment decisions, or any other engineering or safety-critical purpose. Any such decision must be made using a qualified engineering analysis of the specific well, performed or reviewed by a competent engineer. We accept no liability for any decision taken in reliance on this website.

3 · Figures quoted on this site

Cost and asset-value figures shown on this site are estimates drawn from published industry reports and operator disclosures. They describe the industry at large. They are not a projection of what any particular operator, field or well will experience, and they are not a promise of savings.

4 · Intellectual property

The content, design, code, diagrams and marks on this site — including the eWellbore name and logo, WellDone, WellGrit, and the Integrity Safety Factor — belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors.
